Dr. Kleopatra Konstantoulaki is a Senior Lecturer in the Westminster Business School, Department of Marketing and Business Strategy. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business. Furthermore, Kleopatra holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communications from the same university and an MBA from the University of Stirling, UK. She has also studied in the University of Groningen in the Netherlands as part of her Bachelor studies. Kleopatra is a member of several professional and academic charters/ associations, including the European Marketing Academy. As an active member of the Academy she had the opportunity to contribute as a presenter and a reviewer and to engage herself into several academic and administrative activities. Kleopatra was also a member of the organizing committee responsible for the delivery of the annual EMAC held in Athens (2006). Before focusing on her academic career, Kleopatra worked for Research International SA (Greece), where she has collaborated with leading multinational companies, such as PepsiCo and Carrefour. Moreover, she hold a post at the European Patent Office (Germany) as part of the Press and Public Relation team.

Dr. Kleopatra Konstantoulaki is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing, Department of Marketing and Business Strategy. She teaches various modules in the area of Marketing both at postgraduate and undergraduate level. Currently, Kleopatra is the module leader for Consumer Psychology (PG level) and Buyer Behaviour (PG level). Before joining Westminster Business School, she has delivered lectures in Athens University of Economics and Business, in the area of Advertising. At the same period she was the module leader for several modules including Marketing Communications and Marketing Management at the Mediterranean College of Athens (Accredited by the Teesside University). Her teaching experience was further enriched with her post at the Business College of Athens (Accredited by the London Metropolitan University). In the latter institution she had the chance to lead modules in the area of Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Strategy.
She has also served as a Programme Leader for various postgraduate courses, such as MBA and MA Marketing, at the same academic institution. Her role as a Programme Leader included responsibilities, such as building module syllabi, monitoring the teaching of the module leaders and ensuring that students received a high standard educational experience. Along with her academic teaching, Kleopatra has also structured and delivered several seminars to practitioners in the broad area of Marketing.
Kleopatra is currently an active researcher in the area of Marketing. Her research interests, among others, are situated in the area of Consumer Behaviour, Consumer Psychology and Marketing Communications. Kleopatra has supervised a number of UG and PG dissertations in these areas. Her PhD is on "The effect of involvement on the descriptive properties of the consideration set in several decision-making contexts". She is particularly interested in the experimental methodology; however part of her work is based on model building. Kleopatra is currently conducting research on subjects including consumer decision-making, gift-giving occasions, consumer involvement and mental intangibility.
Kleopatra has presented and published several papers in the proceedings of International and European conferences, such the European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC), Global Marketing Academy (GMA) and the International Association of Research in Economic Psychology Conference (IAREP conference) and refereed Academic Journals, such as the International Journal of Innovation Management, the International Journal of Market Research, International Journal of Management Cases (IJMC). Kleopatra is a member of various research centers such as WBS Marketing Research Center and Athens Laboratory for Research in Marketing (A.LA.R.M.).
