ACADEMIC ROLE

Caroline is an academic in the field of operations management, interested in the strategic intention and operational capability of organizations in an era of digital transformation.  Her qualitative, applied case study research seeks to determine how digital transformation is being conceptualized and operationalized towards value being optimized and shared.

Digital transformation of education, as specific to its strategic intention and operational implementation, is one of her applied research contexts, for which she is regularly asked to present at a national and international level.
