I hold a PhD in Computer Science from INRIA, France and an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. My PhD programme was completed in July 2017 under the guidance of Francois Taiani. Since April 2019, I am working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the University of Westminster, London. I am working in the European Horizon 2020 innovative project COLA.
During my Masters, I have been part of the following undergraduate courses.
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Computer Networks
After my PhD, I was teaching Computer Networks to undergraduate students aiming for Masters.
The topic of research for my doctoral program was decentralised distributed systems concentrating mainly on network-aware overlays and collaborative editing platforms. I submitted my thesis entitled "Towards federated social infrastructures for plug-based decentralised social networks" in July 2017. For my Masters I worked on Semantic Web.
My post-doctoral research is in the area of Cloud Computing focusing mainly on orchestration. My research interests are mainly distributed systems, cloud computing, Internet of Things and cloud-fog-edge ecosystems.
