The University's Student Accommodation team provides a comprehensive service to full-time University of Westminster students. If you are coming to study at the University of Westminster, or you are a continuing student, we can give you free help and advice on finding a suitable place to live.
We are responsible for allocating rooms in the University’s Halls of Residence and can assist you with making an application. If your halls application is unsuccessful or you would prefer to rent privately we can also offer advice in seeking alternatives within London’s extensive private sector.

Housing Lists
Students seeking privately rented accommodation may wish to access our Student Housing List. Regularly updated this list comprises of private landlords who have approached the University in order to advertise to our students. Provided that you are already enrolled as a full time student you can access this list online by logging in here, you will find more information about this within the Privately rented accommodation section.

We will be available on a drop in basis at our office at Cavendish House between 3-4pm every day. At other times an appointment will be needed, so please call in advance to arrange one. Please note that whilst we recognise that some enquiries may be of a personal nature, we do not have a private interview room available, unless it is requested prior to your appointment.
Landlords
As indicated above we currently provide a free letting service to landlords wishing to let their accommodation to University of Westminster students. Landlords interested in advertising their accommodation with us can are advised to read through their section of this site available here.
