International Partnerships
The International Partnerships team is responsible for developing, coordinating and managing key Westminster international teaching and recruitment partnerships.
Teaching and Progression partnerships refer to agreements with education institutions in the UK and overseas that facilitate the progression (for admission and advanced entry) of international students into Westminster taught programmes from other institutions. The types of partnerships include:
- 2+1, 2+2, 3+1 advanced entry partnership agreements for undergraduate studies
- recognition of overseas qualifications for regular admission to the first year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies
Our Partners:
Westminster International University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
The Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT) opened in Uzbekistan in 2002 in the capital's diplomatic quarter, featuring a multimedia centre, an extensive library, a computer centre, a 120-seat auditorium and high quality lecture rooms. Students at WIUT can study a Certificate of Foundation Studies leading to Undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Business Computing, Economics and Law. WIUT also offers a Masters programme in International Business and Management, all validated by the University of Westminster.
We are currently reviewing and updating our partnership activity. A full list of our partners will be available here soon.
Overseas Representatives:
The University of Westminster also works with a variety of representatives in numerous countries all over the world. These representatives work closely with Westminster and can offer potential students support, advice and up-to-date information on Westminster courses and application processes.
