Student surveys
There are many ways to give us feedback during your studies, but student surveys are one of the key channels available to you, allowing you to have your say and influence change in policies and practice at the University.
Student experience surveys
The National Student Survey (NSS) and Student Experience Survey (SES) are launched together each year as part of our annual Student Experience Surveys promotion campaign.
This year's promotion campaign will be launched on Monday 6 February 2012.
The NSS and SES are equivalent surveys, aimed at different student groups, and provide comparative student satisfaction data on the learning and social experience of all undergraduate and taught postgraduate students.
The surveys are simple to complete online and we encourage all eligible students to take part. We look forward to your feedback.

National Student Survey (NSS)
You should complete the National Student Survey if you are a:
- final year undergraduate degree student
- final year Graduate Diploma student in Architecture, Biomedical Sciences, Law or Psychology
By completing the survey online by 9 March 2012, you'll be eligible to claim £5 printer credit on your UniPurse account.
Student Experience Survey
You should complete the Student Experience Survey if you are a:
- non-final year undergraduate degree student
- taught postgraduate student
Student Module Evaluation
At set times each year, we invite undergraduates and taught postgraduates to complete the online Student Module Evaluation, which allows students to feedback on their specific course modules.
The next Student Module Evaluation (for Semester 2 and year-long modules) will open on Monday 2 March 2012.
