Your ticket

We will send you an email invitation to your ceremony (to your University email account) by Friday 24 August 2012.

As a graduand, your ticket is free-of-charge, but you will need to respond to the email (by clicking on the link in the email) whether or not you are planning to attend, as it's vital that we know how many people will be at the ceremony.

Your guests' tickets

Guest tickets are £25.00 per person and you may purchase as many tickets as you require however, we can only guarantee four in the first instance.  Should we not be able to fulfil your request you will be refunded.

Private seating areas

The Royal Festival Hall has a number of private seating areas ('boxes') available for up to four guests at a cost of £125.00 per box.

If you are interested in booking a box, please book your guest tickets as normal, but register your interest in booking a box when asked. A member of the ceremonies team will email you regarding availabililty and additional costs.

Special requirements and assistance

The Royal Festival Hall is fully accessible and we can provide a variety of services for those who have special requirements or need assistance on the day of the ceremony.

If you or your guests will need assistance, please indicate this when booking your tickets. A member of the ceremonies team will then contact you if necessary.
