Enrolment help

New students

When your place is confirmed, you will receive an email to let you know that you may pre-enrol online. Note that if we have not received confirmation of your results and/or your fee assessment form, you will not yet be able to pre-enrol online.

If you experience problems logging on to the pre-enrolment screen, check that you have entered the correct ID number and date of birth.

If you continue to have problems accessing online pre-enrolment, contact the appropriate Admissions Office or if you're a research degree student, contact the Research Office. When emailing us for assistance, please include your surname, date of birth (in dd/mm/yyyy format), and your 8-digit Student ID number. The 8-digit number can be found on any correspondence you have from the University. Please also state the problem clearly and include any error message(s) displayed.

Continuing students

If you cannot access the screens or complete online enrolment, this could be because:

  • you were a full-time undergraduate student in 2010/11 but have not met the course/University progression requirements and are therefore required to study as a Module Retriever in 2011/12. This will apply to you if your transcript has your mode of attendance as 'PTR'. In this case, you will be required to attend and enrol for 2011/12 in person at the University. Details regarding this will be sent to you, or you can contact your School Registry Office for further information.
  • You are a student on a part-time course and have not yet chosen your modules for 2011/12, or have not yet had modules allocated to you. As fees are calculated on a module basis, you will not be able to enrol until we have this information. You should contact your School Registry Office to notify them of your module choices for 2011/12.
