Library and IT staff are available to support you during your studies. We can help over the phone, in person or online.
IT Support
Report IT problems online via the FixIT Centre or call 020 7915 5488. You can also get face-to-face help at an IT support drop in centre at each site from 11am-6pm on weekdays. For further details please see IT Support
Library Support
Library counter staff are available during the day every day. Ask for help finding books and materials, and for support using the library facilities. Use the online Ask-a-Librarian service for enquiries, and receive a response to your question from a librarian. For more details see Library Support.
Student Training
Our Academic Liaison Librarians and IT Training Specialists can offer you a range of training opportunities from Library Search to Microsoft Office. All the training is free and details are available from Library and IT Training.
