Fresh Steps - A new programme for a new age

Fresh Steps is a new personal and work development programme which has been designed to address these development needs for you and aims to enable you to reassess your life in order to identify and take steps that will help you become the best you can be. It covers personal as well as work issues, because by developing the whole person, the work person is developed, and change and progress is integrated into day-to-day life.

You will:
- Increase both work and life priorities
- Learn how to successfully manage change
- Learn to recognise and appreciate strengths, successes and achievements
- Set goals for the fulfilling future you want
- Find out how to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Find out how to present achievements and experiences positively
Practical Details:
A two-day workshop followed by a one-day workshop.Participant will be expected tocommit to all 3 dates.
