New Leadership and Management Development Opportunities

We are pleased to present the enhanced Leadership and Management Development programme for 2012 and the dedicated website that gives you information on a flexible set of development opportunities that are available to you.
The provision aims to reach all leaders and managers from Executive Board members through to front line supervisors i.e. all managers with a responsibility for staff and resources.
The programme comprises of a range of management learning experiences and interventions: from long-term leadership programmes and formal management qualifications to brief workshop sessions, online resources and individual tailored interventions, such as coaching and mentoring.
