December 2011 Paydate

Please note that the deadline for receipt of various documents such as timesheets, overtime forms, etc, is brought forward to Friday 2 December 2011.  Any documents received in the payroll department after this date will be processed through the January 2012 payroll.

Consequently, the deadline for the submission of forms to your local School Finance Manager, such as ad-hoc forms, will be noon, Tuesday 29 November 2011 to allow authorisation and submission to payroll by 2 December 2011.

Additionally, in order to guarantee payment prior to the University December closure on 23 December 2011, the deadline for the submission of expense claims and season ticket loan requests to the payroll department will also be Friday 2 December 2011.
