About the Postgraduate Law courses we offer
The School of Law provides a range of taught postgraduate masters programmes as well as conversion courses for non-law graduates, legal professional courses and research degrees. As well as being a top-rated school for research, the School is also known for its friendly approach to teaching and learning and offers students a high degree of personal attention. The School uses small group work wherever possible and provides individual supervision for project work.
In addition to the general resources provided by The University and the School of Law, students in the Department of Advanced Legal Studies have access to dedicated computing facilities and common rooms. There is an on-site library containing a wealth of legal and social science materials, a skills suite and a mock courtroom. The library provides a visually attractive study environment and there is access to a range of electronic resources. The School of Law building is within easy reach of additional student recreation facilities in Regent Street.
