The ultimate length of the course depends on the client's requirement.
The course can be delivered either in the UK or in the client's location. It can be delivered:
- To military students. Military personnel receive their training direct from British teacher trainers. The team of trainers provided by the University covers a range of knowledge and skill sets - military background, language training and, if necessary, L2 language skills.
- To trainers ' 'Train the Trainer'. The client's trainers are trained to deliver the course. They receive specific training not only in the military contexts and skills, but also in the methodology required to achieve active participation of students.
Course validation comprises:
- Regular feedback to the client.
- Internal validation through formative and summative assessment and student feedback.
- External validation - a discussion with sponsor post-training.
