The Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, focuses on strategic issues. On completion you may progress on to our MSc Marketing Strategy & Communications*.

Who is the CIM Chartered Postgraduate Diploma for?

The course is aimed at marketing professionals who are middle/senior managers aspiring to attain roles at Director Level and beyond who wish to improve their professional credibility as a marketer.

You may currently be a marketing manager, business development manager or work in strategic marketing or brand management and are looking to make the transition into higher level management.

On completion of the CIM Postgraduate Diploma you may progress onto the MSc Marketing Strategy & Communications*

Entry Requirements

  • the CIM Professional Diploma in marketing (either 2003 syllabus or 2009 syllabus) or the CIM advanced certificate in Marketing or
  • a first degree in marketing or a degree in business with half of the credits gained in marketing
  • and possess a range of relevant work experience gained through working in senior positions in the marketing and marketing services sector.

Fees

Fees are £2375 (or £600 per module). In addition to the University of Westminster CIM fees you will need to register with the CIM as student members for which a fee is payable directly to the CIM. You will also be required to pay for examination and assessment fees directly with the CIM. Please visit www.cim.co.uk for further details.
