Long-term mentoring

Want tailored advice for a longer period? We have a number of longer-term options ranging from three to six months. It runs in two cycles and is open to:

  • second and third year undergraduates
  • all postgraduates
  • all recent graduates from the last three years

Got a specific question or limited on time? Our Ask a Mentor Service offers one-off remote conversations with mentors. It's available year-round and open to:

We run group mentoring sessions when we have many students interested in the same industry. This pathway is available year-round and:

  • as an embedded part of select degree courses
  • on request, where there is high interest in a field

Future Ready Mentoring was shortlisted for the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) Awards in 2022 and 2025.

Alongside a previous Gold award win from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), Future Ready Mentoring won the 2024 Best of Europe Award.

The University's Centre for Education and Teaching Innovation awarded us the Collaborative Teaching Award for our Group Mentoring pilot.
