Diploma in Translation Exam Preparation

The Diploma in Translation Examination Preparation course gives final training in the various skills and techniques needed by translators. It equips you to apply practical translation skills to the same standard as that expected of a university postgraduate student and to be able to explain and justify translation solutions. The course focuses on preparation for the Diploma in Translation (IoLET) examination.

Course content

11 weeks – 22 hours of tuition. All classes are subject to sufficient enrolment.

Entry requirements

You must:

• be a native speaker of the translation target language
• have degree level proficiency in writing in the target language
• have registered for the 2013 Diploma in Translation (IoLET) examination
• have already received preparation for the examination
