To reserve a place on the course you can:
1. Get a brochure and complete the application form at the back. Send it to:

2. Complete the application form, which you can download here.
After we have received your application form, we will send you a letter of enrolment (if requested) and course joining instructions.
How to Pay
You can pay with:
- a British pounds sterling cheque made payable to the "University of Westminster"
- a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Switch/Maestro), by completing the details on the application form
- a bank transfer into the University's bank account (see details below).
Bank Details
- Put your name and the course on the transfer as reference, so that we can know who is paying and what course you are paying for.
- It will take 10-15 working days for the transfer to show on our records.
- Send us the receipt from the bank transfer.
- You may have to pay a charge to your bank for the transfer.

Refund Policy
You must write to The EFL Administrator if you want to cancel your course. If you wish to cancel, we will charge:
- up to 14 working days before the course starts: £50
- less than 14 working days before the course starts: 50% of tuition fee
- after the course starts refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances.
If your visa application is unsuccessful and you have to cancel, full course fees paid will be refunded. You will have to send evidence, i.e. a visa refusal letter.
We advise you to buy travel insurance to cover your personal property and medical expenses. It should also cover reimbursement of the course fee if you become ill or injured before coming to the UK and cancel your trip.
If a student leaves a course the Home Office will be informed.
