Iwona is a Senior Lecturer at Westminster Business School. Prior to joining the University of Westminster in September 2008 she worked as a lecturer at Leicester Business School (De Montfort University).

Teaching
Iwona is a Module Leader for Level 5 core module Organisational Behaviour and teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to organisation studies Iwona teaches Research Methods and supervises students' dissertations at postgraduate level.
Research
Iwona holds a PhD in HRM from De Montfort University. After completion of her MSc degree in HRM at Cardiff University Iwona was awarded a scholarship by De Montfort University to explore employees' experiences of modern Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. In her doctoral thesis Iwona focused on High Performance Work Systems and in particular on employees' outcomes in a form of autonomy and commitment. Iwona's research interests cover philosophy of science, in particular Critical Realism and HRM in the service sector.
