Sibyl is the Director of the Centre for Excellence in Professional Learning from the Workplace (CEPLW), which brings its focus on capacity-building and researching professional learning and work integrated learning, into Westminster Exchange.

Sibyl has worked for over 20 years in facilitating reflective, self-directed learning as a professional tool within acupuncture and complementary therapies, and in working with staff to develop in-house teaching clinics as hybrids of learning spaces and workplaces that offer a fully professional service to their clientele.

As director of CEPLW Sibyl works across the University to encourage and facilitate approaches to work integrated learning that expand students experiences of the nature of work and working environments, and help them prepare for whatever professional context they may choose to join.
