Transcript and certificate requests
A transcript is record of your academic history. It lists the titles and marks of the modules you studied in each academic year and gives your period of registration as a student, your degree date and classification.
If you no longer have your transcript, you can request a copy from the Registry office of the School of study relevant to your degree.
To help us process your enquiry quickly, it would help if you have the following information to hand:
- your student number
- exact name of degree
- classification awarded
- year graduated
Registry offices are the only body at the University which can issue you a copy of your transcript.
