Biography

Boris is a trained business psychologist and has been working in personnel selection, career counselling and sales. After having studied a BSc in Business Psychology at the BiTS Iserlohn in Germany he completed the MSc in Business Psychology at the University of Westminster in late 2009. In January 2010 he joined the Business Psychology Centre as a Research Associate on the New Dynamics of Ageing project.

This project is aimed to derive behavioural prototypes from a sample population of people aged 60+. These datasets will be used in developing so called wearable technology and smart clothing which is targeting the issues that prevent these people from being more active hand having a higher perceived quality of life.

This project provides an ideal opportunity to use and foster the skills in questionnaire design which Boris has obtained in his previous workplaces and his studies.
